Never have any real issues, the car always looks good on exit. Love the prewash. Only suggestion I would give is that the young workers might switch attention gears upon entry and be task oriented/focused on the prewash a little more. Not a deal breaker tho 😊 I'm also happy with how they handle cs issues. 5⭐

Ended up here because the machine at the self wash I normally go to took 10 bucks but didn't give me any ability to wash my car This one worked When I had a minor little hiccup, there were a couple of folks working there that were more than willing to help. This is my new car wash place

As always, the staff are friendly and courteous! I have been going there for more than a year and my 2020 vehicle's paint is like new. I partially attribute this to the ceramic wax process New Image has.. I recommend this car wash 😊😁 I meant to give a 5 star rating but didn't press the stars correctly 🙄⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
